IWATSU LeCroy 9350A — bringing back old memories…
This “beauty” appeared on my desk today. Just testing & playing with it. I used the arb sig-gen of a PicoScope 2204A for generating a unpleasant test-signal. Trying to trigger on it was “interesting” :-)

WaveAce 224 — Mini rant #6: Cursors and auto-measurements
Automatic cursors are supposed to show what and where stuff is measured on a waveform when automatic measurements are used. This is pretty useful, if it works as expected. Suffice to say that it doesn’t always do that – unfortunately.
WaveAce 224 — Mini rant #5: Now what is this?
Got the ‘pulse-trigger’ to trigger. This time I don’t care if the set pulse-length is actually accurate, I just wanted it to trigger on the ‘thing’ and it did. Fine – happy happy joy joy! Then I felt like moving … Continue reading

DSO Teaser
To see what of the trigger system of the WaveAce 224 works and doesn’t work (as I expect it), I’ve made a little device, which shall from now one be called DSO-T.
