Small project #6 — LED-strip controller
- AO3400 N-CH MOSFET – good for up to 2A in ventilated areas
- MCP1804 5V LDO regulator
- 2 potentiometers for parameter adjustment
- ISP header (1.27mm, for pogo-pins)
- Dimensions: 30mm x 10mm
- Weight: 1.47g (shrink-wrapped)
Try to apply solder-paste sparingly.
Adding a bit of paste-flux to do some clean-up work.
Uploading the firmware.
Shrink-wrapped final board (worked better than expected, no hair-pulling at all):
And last but not least, proof that it works:
(go to 02:45 if you’re impatient)
