It will come with the latest firmware, so I won't have to risk the upgrade procedure again. Before it start assembly of it, I will concentrate on getting the current one fixed - once I have time. That's what I call good customer care. Let's see how that goes. If I'm lucky it will come with the latest firmware and I won't have to risk an update again. As I've already ordered some chipquik and a replacement ATmega64 cpu, I'll still try to fix the scope I already have sitting in its box.
